I wonder how if Blizzard will go back and apply new customization options to old NPCs at all, or just focus on using them for new characters they introduce.

I doubt much will change on that front, they seem to be able to do a lot more stuff to NPcs then players can ever do.

It's sad it isn't tattoos and facial markings separately. Or maybe it is, but it doesn't seem that way so far- seems like a package deal.
I'd gladly take the moons on the shoulders without any face markings.

True yeah I would prefer the same. Hopefully that's just because we're still in literally the first build and more cleaning up will occur later.

So you're telling me, that Worgen would be actually so stupid, that they'd put make up on their fur? Are you serious?

I don't think it's supposed to be make-up. You don't put eyeshadow on your eye's waterline. I think it's actually supposed to be the new glow affect for colored worgen eyes. But the eyes aren't implimented yet. These would correspond with new green eyeballs

My interpretation was the Drust Druids of their old ways (Thornspeakers) were literal druids, except Death and Ardenweald focused moreso than Dream, and the Human Thornspeakers were merely taught and used wicker and bones, though I could be mistaken about the wicker instead of plants.

Druidism is a teachable skill in WarCraft, so there's no difference between human and Drust Thornspeakers. Add to that their highest teacher actually being one of the few living Drust left. And no, their forms don't use wicker, they're... organically grown.
