My (hopefully realistic) hopes for the announcement:

Return of class specific tier sets and spec specific bonuses
Class set bonuses (either from dungeon for preraid or from openworld for questing) like in legion, just more ways to keep them relevant and use throughout the expansion if for open world.
At least 2+ specs reworked
