Feral druid bug?

I'm not a vanilla player and i haven't read the full "Not A Bug" list , so pls don't start flaming and so on i'm just curious if this is a bug.

When you swap out of form while having bleeds on a target , your target loses the bleeds.
Is this a bug or is it intended?

Also i'm curious if you guys know any other bugs that are on the "Not a bug" list for druids .

Dont think this is happening with me. Didnt it just fall of due to duration?

I'll check again tonight but i'm positive i've seen them drop everytime i switch from cat to normal form to heal.
Feel free to check it and tell me if i'm stupid but i've noticed it a couple of time with RIP should be 12 seconds and it drops way faster.
I'll remove the thread if it turns out they actually drop due to the 12 seconds expiring ( i don't have a timer addon on so yeah u might be right ).
