Obviously we have never removed a President before, what are the rules for that? Who determines the rules?

So I can't wait for a Democrat to tak office the arrest every GOP politician and SCOTUS appointee and claim they believe it's in the best interest if the nation if Trumo gets acquitted. I don’t really understand why. It takes less than a minute to find out who the whistleblower is. They say it’s to protect him, but that’s a load of crap. If people really want to know who he is they can find out.
