So basically a Bengal Tiger mount is a myth since the original Vanilla WoW.
Apparently someone in Retail somehow got that mount.

No one knows how to obtain it, we think it's a dev/GM or something. We = me and some secret finding friends. One of them is actually trying to talk with the guy. He doesn't tell anything.

The character's name coincides with the NPC added in 8.2.5 called Amara Lunastar, which is thought to be closely linked to the secret battle pet, Jenafur. Originally Posted by Reman
The player has posted on the Amara Lunastar page and commented "Tis me!" and on the Jenafur page stating that Jenafur is her baby. The user has/had a cat with the same colors called Jenny.
My guess is that this is indeed a Make-A-Wish thing where she was allowed to come up with a secret hunt in honor of her and her cat Jenny, immortalizing her that way.
The Bengal Tiger thing we've yet to see. It could be a separate thing she was gifted, or it could be tied to the hunt.
