I leveled 4 characters through WOD dungeons and I have not seen a single part for ''Auction Module'' and the other one drop.

You need to have the garrison building that supports the AH active and at rank 3 before the parts drop, which is the most likely thing you're missing. Otherwise, wowhead has drop location data for all the parts.
