I miss Legends of Tomorrow as its mostly adventures.

It had an emotional ending, but most of it revolved around giving an ending to Felicity Smoak's character, which I never liked much to begin with.
well the finale directly tied into the crossover last year, we find out the reason oliver isnt around in the future is because of something he did in the crossover (where he is and why was left ambiguous but the fact felicity was going there implies hes not dead)

Why? He's not going anywhere. He stopped being Vibe but he's still on the show.

Unfortunately, I missed the season premieres of Supergirl and Batwoman because I was watching WWE's Hell in a Cell and it completely slipped my mind. FORTUNATELY, there was an encore of the Batwoman premiere tonight after the season premiere of The Flash, so good Tuesday as The Flash and Batwoman are probably now my two favorite characters in the Arrowverse.

The Flash: Season 6 - Into The void Good stuff, the final sequence to the score of Queen's 'Flash" was awesome. Glimpse into what may perhaps be the main villain this season, and some good character development for Killer Frost. Barry and Iris are still feeling Nora's death, and major set up for December 12th's Crisis on Infinite Earth which is foreshadowing The Flash's death. The Monitor either believes it's an inevitability or is testing Barry. Since they did a shit job at developing Wally West into a dependable replacement (he turned out to be a whiny sidekick instead and we haven't seen him since, thankfully), I don't see Barry dying. Definitely see Oliver taking his place for obvious reasons as I doubt this is the final season, and even if it was, it wouldn't be as short as Arrow's so The Flash won't be ending with Crisis. Next week's episode seems promising as Barry is supposed to travel to the future, specifically the day after he supposedly disappears, so you know shit will go wrong and he won't succeed in his mission, keeping The Crisis crossover must-see this December. It's all leading towards it focus and The Flash has taken over Arrow's place at the cockpit!

Batwoman Season Premiere *Encore*: Even though I love all things Bat Family, I went into this with mild expectations, not high, not low, and my expectations were exceeded. I actually care about Kate Kane and her conflicts, wants and needs. It's told seamlessly along with the story which features a wonderful villain, Alice, who, major twist here, is apparently Kate's long-believed dead sister. The premiere sets up so many interesting plot points to explore throughout the season while world building a Batman-less Gotham that it's already got me looking forward to this Sunday's episode. Hoping Batwoman writers dipped into Batman's wonderful rogues gallery for some surprise villains this season. Batman is gone, so surely, his nemesis at Arkham and Blackgate must have taken advantage of his absence? There appears to be no signs of any mobs or organized crimes, but it's still early to tell.

What did you think of The Flash season 6 premiere and Batwoman? Did you see Supergirl's season premiere? Thoughts? Discuss, DCU fans!

Tell me this ain't the shit.

The Flash used to be a decent show, but now its hot garbage like all the CW arrowverse shit shows. Batwoman being the worst of all now. No room for development of her character because she is such a mary sue. Batwoman will get cancelled in the second season. CW will lett it flounder just because they want to be so WOKE

Flash needs to be recast and rebooted.

HE is leaving the show , thats why they introduced that new science nerd yoytube guy. Thats his replacement . Most of the TEam flash cast is leaving except for Iris who desperately needs to be written out of the show .

I tend to ignore all the political fluff and melodrama and just focus on the action and fantastical elements of the show. I've found it they're much better that way.

Really? I searched news on it and he debunked any rumors he was leaving in Season 6.

HE came out and said he wasnt leaving , but there are persisttent rumors he is , after Crisis because supposedly the Flash and other shows are getting a hard reboot. From what I Understand, the CW is considering Post crisis to be the introduction of all the new changes and next season the big roll out for the new arrowverse

Yeah, as soon as Arrow is done, I might be done with the CW.

I stuck in for a long time, but didn't watch last season and gave up on it. I don't know what ratings are nowadays, but they seem to be throwing every star they can at the Crisis stuff to try to get folks to watch.

They were never the best written shows, but they've just gotten so much worse with the plot being driven by stupidity rather than clever plans.

Interesting, hopefully those hard "reboots" are for the best. I mean, The Flash is already on season 6, it's not like they expect it to be running much longer. I'd expect Season 7 or 8 to be the last for it if Arrow is any indication for how long these shows can go on for.

Oh I know. I just have it on background most of the time while I'm playing WoW, or Classic, or even PS4 and just let the boring stuff play as background noise. When I hear anything interesting going on, that's when I actually pay attention. lol

Honestly I'd just expect it to double down on the direction they've been going for a while. I doubt they'll suddenly figure out that they need to broaden their audience.

Heh, it's great to watch so long as you don't watch it?
I use food network and/or youtube for background noise now. My issue with TV is that if I don't have something to watch 4 or 5 nights of the week, I lost interest in keeping track of the shows. Then I realize I'm too far behind for OnDemand, then I realize I don't really care enough to catch up anyway.

Ep. @ of Batwahmen was down 36% , a loss of 400k viewers. Thats a terrible sign . I doubt CW will cancel the show until next season though because of the Crisis event. if it continues to fail in the ratings I do see them possibly recasting Ruby Rose and doing a reboot . They need new writers. They need to tone down the SJW kcik they are on . They need to cut way back on the soap opera elements.

I haven't seen Batwoman yet, that trailer was just cringey. I did hear it wasn't as bad as the trailer made it out to be and they did some rewrites because of the reaction it got.

Haha, that's one way of looking at it. I view it as ignoring the bad stuff and just watching the good stuff. When Iris West is whining about her feelings, background noise. The last 15-20 minutes of action? I pay attention. It's no different than people who just watch the ending of a baseball game, because who wants to sit there for like 7-8 innings? Or watching just the main event of an UFC event. The under card is just fluff and filler.

I was going to mention the baseball thing, since they have the quick replay things that could condense a game down to like 15 minutes if they wanted to.

Kate (narration): "My Dad will never believe my theory that Alice is Beth..."

    *one scene later*

Kate: "Hey Dad, Alice is Beth. Please don't ask any questions about the only piece of evidence I have to support this being a knife I recovered as Batwoman."

    Colonel Kane: "You're wrong and I won't because I am a moron."

    That's some good writing!

I mean, there is just so much wrong with how this episode starts. Terrible fire effects. Kate just stands there to get shot and is surprised that she is bullet proof. And then she knocks a dude down to question him, splits when the Crows show up, but since she didn't throw the dude's gun away he immediately grabs it and starts shooting at the Crows. If he weren't such a bad shot Kate would be directly responsible for one of her father's men getting shot, and then she has the gall to deride her father for the Crows killing the guy.

Is Kate supposed to be stupid?

I dropped Flash and Legends few series ago and I want to finish atleast Arrow, but I'm two seasons behind and really struggling to force myself to watch it, hopefully someday... It would make great miniseries, if they cut out all the romance / drama shit and fillers.
Not interested in any other CW TV shows.
