RECENT INSTANCE. We don't know what happens in 9.0 or the prepatch. For all we know Ner'zhul could be alive or his eyes turn blue when he uses his awesome undead commanding powers or Amanthul knocks two realities together and what we get is an arthas bolvar hybrid.
"But hes dead Nerzhul is dead! How could he control Bolvar?" Dead like Kael'thas, Illidan, The warlords of Draenor, Sargeras, Xavius?

Ner'zhul's presence was eradicated by Arthas. The glowing orange eyes is literally a defining feature of Bolvar as the Lich King. The person who created this either photoshopped the Lich King's head onto a Lord of the Fallen character or it was purposely made blue to make idiots go "They wouldn't mess something up like that if it was faked so this must be real!" And oh look.....people are falling for it. Also, Blizzard calls all their merch "World of Warcraft" not "WOW".

Blue eyes do not prove that this is fake.
I mean, there could be a number of lore reasons why his eyes are blue. Bolvar is not the Lich King, Bolvar is a part of Lich King. There still could be a part of Arthas or even Nerzul within his helm. Lich King is more than one person wearing Helm of Domination.
