Sure Blizzard might be dumb enough to make him have blue eyes. But no way the key art would have his proper eyes while the cinematic doesn't.

Gameplay customisation in a game like WoW is an illusion. Anything that affects player power will be mathed out and have a clear right and wrong.

Cosmetics is the only way you can get actual customisation.
