Vanilla: Hunter
TBC: Shaman
WOTLK: Warlock
Cataclysm: Paladin
MoP: Warlock
WoD: Paladin
Legion : Warlock
BFA: Shaman then Warlock then Paladin then Warlock
I usually always play multiple toons, but I guess I have one that I focus on a little more each expansion (such as grinding rep and such).
Vanilla: Hunter
TBC: Pally
Wrath: Pally
Cata: Mage
MoP: Mage
WoD: Warlock, but I unsubbed for most of WoD.
Legion: Pally
BfA: Priest
No idea yet what I'll main next expansion, depends on what/if new class gets announced. If no new class or Tinker, I'll probably try maining druid.
Vanilla - Shaman (got to 50 by the time BC came out..)
BC - Shaman and BE Pally maxed, Cleared BT and SW
Wrath - DK Main, Shaman Alt -> Raided but never made it to ICC/kill the LK
Cata - Shaman (my good ole faithful)
MoP- Skip
WoD - Skip
Legion - Skip
BFA - DH main, Druid Alt, Pally 2nd alt.....Shaman collecting dust
WOTLK: DK
Cata: DK --> Druid in Dragon Soul
MoP: Druid --> Paladin --> Priest
WoD: Warrior
Legion: DH --> Warrior (played a bit of all classes though, mainly for the mage tower though)
BFA: Hunter --> Monk
Sort of.
Main was a Belfadin from BC through Cata.
Main was a Holy Priest in MoP.
Didn't play Draenor/Legion
Main was a Belfadin again until Horde guild broke and now I'm on a Night Elf Warrior.
It's kinda nice being a DPS in raids for once lol. Usually I tanked or healed. Now I smash stuff.
Putin khuliyo
Feral and Destro as my two mains (I don't consider neither as alt, both are mains) since mid Vanilla. Never changed.
Oh, nice question!
Vanilla: Hunter
TBC: Hunter, leveled a mage to get Champion of the Naaru, but mostly played Hunter
WotLK: Hunter, then went for Paladin, played pala really long time, pala in wotlk was like... the best time of paladins
Cata: Only hunter
MoP: Only hunter
WoD: Only hunter, leveled a paladin, switched to alliance and my pala after that forgotten
Legion: Played for 30 days as hunter, then tried Demon Hunter and LOVED IT. So the rest of expansion I mained only DH, but leveled alot different classes for Mage Twoer
BfA: DH, leveled some alts to farm Argus
step into everything will gief ya nothing, mon
Vanilla: Resto Shaman
TBC: Holy Paladin
WOTLK: Holy Paladin
Cataclysm: Holy Paladin
MoP: Holy Paladin
WoD: Holy Paladin
Legion : Holy Paladin
BFA: Holy Paladin
Also an altoholic. Four paladins at max or almost at max. One of every class max or close to it. Two of some of them.
Vanilla: Human Mage
Vanilla end game: Night Elf Priest & Night Elf Druid Healer
TBC: Draenei Shaman Restoration
WotLK: Draenei Priest Discipline
Cataclysm: Mix of characters
MoP: Pandaran Monk Mistweaver
WoD: Back to my Human Mage, this time Arcane
Legion: Mix of characters
BfA: Back to my Night Elf Priest, this time Holy
Next Expansion: Or my Void Elf Warlock Affliction or my Worgen Priest Holy DPS fun spec
ive waited 12y for demon hunters, im not switching now.
each expansion? Lol - ever 8-12 weeks. Classes are so boring and you get max gear in like 2-3 weeks. Then get curve and thats it.
I'm thinking this time around I'll do a Ally main and a Horde main... unless the combine the factions or something.
I've main'd a Priest since TBC [when I started playing WoW] right into BfA. That trend shall remain so -- and I blame Achievements for that since WotLK.
I've only ever changed my main twice, but I mostly main a Belf Paladin since TBC.
I switched to a fire mage when Firelands came out in Cata cuz that was when we started seeing more crit on gear and, tbh, it was more fun than playing ret pally. I switched back to my pally at the start of MoP.
Recently I switched to my DH when 8.2 hit. Can't heal for shit, did less damage as Ret than I did on my DH, and for some reason I was just getting chunked by raid bosses as a tank. On paper I was doing everything right; right stats, right gear, right CD usage, but I was always just getting my health wrecked compared to our DH and DK tanks. So, right now, I'm playing Havoc DH and am having more fun with it than my pally.
Just in the recent expansions have I swapped main.
Vanilla-TBC-WOTLK-Cata: Druid
MoP: Rogue
WoD: Mage
Legion: Mage again due to quitting during WoD
BfA: Warlock
