macro death and decay

Hello guys,

I've searched a lot but wasnt able to find a macro that do this.
Is it possible to do if i click shift + keybind = death and decay on target if is just keybind the skill works normally?

There is no method of putting a "target circle" spell on a unit. Your options are @player to drop it at your feet and @cursor to skip the placement circle and cast where your cursor is currently at.

This will cast @cursor with shift and work normally without shift:

#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift,@cursor][] Death and Decay
