How do players find groups for this?

As others have suggested, the in game community feature they have now might make it possible as well as outside resources like Discord.

I always just went there and shouted in chat to see if I could get an invite or started my own. I doubt it's very active anymore though since the rewards are pretty useless now except for glamour. Good luck!

ahhh thanks. I'm on a JPN dc, shouting usually doesn't work. haha
Yea, i'm just after glamour stuff. The system is quite interesting and confusing.

Keep in mind Eureka got heavy nerfs recently, so if you're careful you should be able to solo through everything except NMs and the dungeon. I never bothered with Eureka myself, a shitty replication of an old-school grinder isn't really what I want out of FFXIV and you can buy most of the glamour gear on the market for cheap.
