Transmogging staves to wands.

Why isn't it possible? Both fill exactly the same purpose, and both are one piece.

I really hate staves, they're always attached like crap on the character's left shoulder, and not on the back, they clip through the foot during Chaos Bolt animation on most character models, etc.

one is ranged, one i s melee.
Can only do it if it has the same attack "animation".
One of the reasons why you cant mog wands into anything else but wands.

There is no melee attack animation for wands.
