Damn, thinking is not your strong point.

    Server has 15k server cap.

    Server has 3 layers.

    Total players on server 30k+

    Total players drops to 20k

    1 layer removed.

You now have a 5k player queue.

You've never once said that (at least since you quoted me). And I also asked if this is what you meant above.

It's also funny because your idea of layering is what I have been saying. I just disagree a layer cap was 15k, no way it was that high (it wasn't even 10k on one layer). Layers made the game pretty empty (great for lotus farming ). Now with no layers, the place is packed, which is what it would look like with 10k+ people playing.

Blizzard deliberately broke the wow census mod, but this modder found a way to get it working again based on mouse clicks. Its a bit glitchy, sometimes you need to click every poll but it works. It should work passively in the background, but sometimes it bugs out and you need to manually click each querry ... i only do that on flight taxis.

It suffers some sporadic data...need more people submitting census reports. But in general it shows very healthy play populations on most servers.
