Shrouded Moors and Temple of the First Born - how do I get there?

So I started playing again after ages. Created a new season character on the Switch version and got to Act 2. Just killed Belial and can't find the entrence to Shrouded Moors or Temple of the First Born (the map location has no teleporter). How do I get there?

AFAIK it's only in the Adventure Mode.

Areas like Shrouded Moors & Temple of the Firstborn (Act II), Ruins of Sescheron (Act III), Realms of Fate (Act IV) and Greyhollow Island (Act V) are only accessible in the Adventure Mode.
