As boring as it is, Yoda. His speech gimmick is iconic, and his fighting style is stunning. I can only imagine what Yoda was like in his youth. We see what nearly a thousand years of life has done to him, and his character growth over the series is pretty cool. He starts as the single most passive and cautious of the Jedi, then after it is revealed that the inaction of the Council led to a Sith Lord taking over the Republic he falls into a deep depression, only for Luke to bring him out of it years later, coming full circle in the Last Jedi, where he metaphorically and literally burns away the past to make room for the future.

That's no jedi. A jedi would just subdue halpless stormtroopers and render them unconscious. That was overkill. Especially the last one who basically surrendered. He made the last one suffer and killed him execution style.

Tie between Mace Windu and Grandmaster Yoda. Windu for the pure pragmatism of using his own draw to the dark side of the Force as a means to combat it, and Yoda for unmitigated awesomeness in terms of wisdom and combat prowess.

I'd say my favorite is a boring choice but Quilan Vos was my favorite jedi in the old EU canon
