Best end game dungeon for cloth users?

Classic dungeons are imbalanced so I guess there is a dungeon that favors cloth users. Which one is it?

Google "classic wow pre bis [your class here]" not trying to be a dick, but this will be more helpful. Look at a couple dif lists, maybe find one that has side grades or slight downgrades listed as well. Then target pieces
