I just picked my DH up since hitting 120 at the start of BFA, but for some reason my Rain fro above does not work. I have all teh addons turned off. I shoot up in the air but no fel lance button shows up. I researched as best i can and see this was a issue but never found any resolution. IS this a on going issue? Anybody have any ideas how to fix it?

So the first function of the spell works, but the UI doesn't change, perhaps a bug..
