If terms of the overall soundtrack? Undertale. There are so many incredible songs on that soundtrack. Also Kingdom Hearts 2 has an amazing soundtrack Yoko Shimomura is ridiculous.

I'm pleased to see that Mass Effect as a series is getting so many mentions. The soundtrack truly is a classic. Not only that, but the sound design in that series is incredible, I can instantly recognize, say, Garrus's voice acting or the sound of biotics doing their magic. Ya'll make me want to run through the trilogy again!
That said, playing it entirely too much since release, Doom Eternal has earned its spot on the pedestal.
Like, seriously. Even without vocals this one of the best metal tracks I've ever heard in my life, and there's 4 or 5 tunes that are almost as great as this to boot. I'm sad that Mick Gordon has ceased working with Bethesda/Id after all the controversy, because his work with Doom was truly stellar.It is all that is left unsaid upon which tragedies are built -Kreia

One I didn't see but I think is highly underappreciated, but definitely goes well with the feel of the game is the soundtrack to Grim Fandango.

Subnautica or Risk of Rain 2. Both have incredibly well matched scores that fit perfectly into what is going on in the game.
We live in an era of "me versus them", an era where something is done that you don't like means you are personally attacked. People whine too much.
Let us play video games and be happy.
