ah the arcane crystal farm, it is totally random, I've heard that its 1 in 60, i've mined for hours and had none and i've also logged in and had 3 within 20 minutes, thats just how it be. you can run around any zone with rich thorium and get two in a row, or you can just mine for 3-4hrs and get none.

Questionning RNG is futile. RNG is RNG so expect horrible and lucky drop rates.

I have gone in and not found an Arcane Crystal when mining 2 veins.

It was 2 crystals/34 veins plus a 10g price increase the same week.
