I definitely want to upgrade to a 27" 144hz monitor as well as be able to play WoW at max settings. Budget is around $700-$800. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
You say you want a 27" 144hz, but you didn't mention the resolution.
As for wanting to play WoW at max settings.. You won't really get much more performance out of anything you can buy currently if you're only after that. WoW is super easy on the GPU compared to modern games, and your CPU is pretty close to what you can expect a new CPU to give you.
