Oh no Biden's campaign strategy of largely ignoring the online Left's whinging, and losing people highly unlikely to vote.

Well it was news to everyone at Fox, too, because he just made it up on the spot. Fox News spokesperson has said there is no such agreement, and the Trump campaign/White House have declined to comment.
He's so desperate for a safe space he's taken to dictating content for a weekly cable talk show.
