Well it was news to everyone at Fox, too, because he just made it up on the spot. Fox News spokesperson has said there is no such agreement, and the Trump campaign/White House have declined to comment.

Their current claim is that requesting ballots is fine, mailing them to every registered voter is not.

IIRC they were trying to say "absentee" ballots aren't the same as "mail-in" ballots because absentee ballots are verified while mail-ins aren't. Which is bullshit, of course. They're the same in every sense that matters. But that's the justification they're going with for their hypocrisy.
