Could...were they ever not allowed to? Man, he talks like anti-choice women are like, Black Americans in the 1950's or something. Weird.

It's good news so far, but there's always appeals. And we know Trump stacks the deck.

The concern now comes with the attempt to throw out the votes in federal court.

Which, seeing as states are supposed to decide their own electoral proceedings, would be a massive overreach of the federal government into state elections and the powers of the state in general. But it’s not like republicans actually care about that.

Trump supporters are saying Trump will win because Trump has more people at his rallies.

Because a few hundred or thousand of people at a rally are representative of a state with millions of people.

Math isn't Trump supporters' strong suit.
I can say I have no idea right now who will win. Mainly because those number mean nothing. They are party count. We have no idea how they voted yet. I find it funny that people just assume that everyone registered democrat voted for Biden and that everyone registered Republican voted Trump.

Here is the truth, no one knows who is going to win until the count the actual votes. So everyone should just make sure to vote themselves.

    This is state level.

There is also a seperate federal challenge by the Republicans.

You do realize that the SC has ruled on a few of these so far. They have ruled for both sides depending on that the state laws and federal laws allow for. You know, it's almost like they are just ruling based on what is legal under the laws that apply not for one side or the other. Like they are doing their job they way they are suppose to.

Oh, good news, we don't. There've been dozens, hundreds, of high-level Republicans and "I left because of Trump" former Republicans coming out against Trump.

Texas is going blue. But like Florida went Blue in 2000 we'll see if GoP steals it.

If this is the case then the Supreme Court should follow along with the directive of the Texas courts and affirm that yes, these votes are obviously to be counted.

We shall see if they actually do that.

The people within Texas have more cause to care about the sanctity of their own elections... I doubt Trump and his adherents at a national have that same concern. To them Texas is little more than a reliable chunk of electoral votes, and it’s quite obvious that they’re attemptinG to do anything to solidify that, including tossing out a massive number of votes almost certainly against them.

So it remains to be seen whether Trumps Supreme Court judges rule in the way that favors the American people, or in a way that favors trump and the gop. Remember, trump appointed them to do the latter, not the former.

I'll believe that when I see it, but the fact that it's going purple should be major concern for the Party of Trump.

Republicans are actively suppressing voters by throwing away votes so Trump can win.

Abby Livingston from The Texas Tribune reached out to the RPT today and asked a question about a Biden campaign bus in her attempt to portray conservatives as violent radicals, even though it is leftists from Antifa and BLM who have been assaulting, robbing, and looting fellow citizens and their property.

Below is Chairman Allen West’s response:

“Three Trump supporters have been executed, one in Portland, one in Denver, and one Milwaukee. A leftist mob attempted to storm the house of the McCloskeys, threatened to burn their house down, rape Mrs. McCloskey, and then kill them both.

Where is the liberal corporate media’s concern about that real violence? Additionally, none of what your question implies is accurate. It is more fake news and propaganda.

Prepare to lose…stop bothering me. Maybe Soros can cut y’all another check in 2022.”

They have simply abandoned reality at this point. If Biden wins Tuesday a lot of people are going to be killed.

I have full confidence in the FBI, national guard and other official bodies of US enforcement to shut down domestic terrorists as they may appear.

Unsurprisingly, Trump is supposedly planning on declaring victory on Tuesday "if he appears ahead", even if the vote count isn't done in numerous states according to Jonathan Swan at Axios.

Again, none of this is a surprise; he's been signaling his intent on doing this for a while now. If the press is smart and Trump goes through with this they will ignore him and not cover his premature celebration.
