Pelosi didn't fat shame him, she was concerned about his medical condition. But Trump has been fat shaming people long before yesterday, hell he fat shames his own base, he fat shames women.

    Shitting on older voters?
    • Bad strategy for the primary.
    • Also a bad strategy for the main election.

I wonder how this months poll will look.

There is no realistic path to re-election for Trump without Florida and especially Florida seniors.

I believe her cause she's a woman, if I didn't I would be a rape apologist, I would be like you. At least according to the absolute shit logic you've been using to call others rape apologists. Yup according to your own logic, not believing Pelosi, indeed, makes you a rape apoligist. Real classy.

You are a self proclaimed Trump supporter, you don’t get to butt in on this subject, unless you explain Trump’s 47 accusers. With his most recent assault of a campaign staffer in 2016.

Because the economy will be doing so well in the fall, Biden's campaign released a statement about ending the keystone pipeline:
“Biden strongly opposed the Keystone pipeline in the last administration, stood alongside President Obama and Secretary Kerry to reject it in 2015, and will proudly stand in the Roosevelt Room again as President and stop it for good by rescinding the Keystone XL pipeline permit,” Biden campaign policy director Stef Feldman said in a written statement to POLITICO.
When asked for a comment, Joe Biden could not be found.
More of your lies. Do you ever get tired of being so dishonestly biased? Does it ever occur to you that people like you are exactly what is wrong with this country?

There is no section in your link where Biden wasn't available for a comment, nor "could not be foudn" - the article DOES NOT SAY THAT. Your lies just make this country weaker. Thanks for being part of the problem.

Don't worry though - as usual, we'll be here to clean up your mess.

Well here are some poll results, most of which have already been reported here already:

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/new-polls...190547796.html

Title: New polls show trouble for Trump and Republicans in GOP strongholds

Biden is solidifying his lead over Trump in Arizona, a state not won by a Democrat in a presidential race since Bill Clinton took it in 1996, according to a new survey by OH Predictive Insights. Biden leads Trump by 7 percentage points in Arizona. The poll has a margin of error of 4 percentage points.

The same survey also had bad news for Senate Republican incumbent Martha McSally, who appears to be losing ground in her reelection bid against Democrat Mark Kelly. A former astronaut and the husband of former Rep. Gabby Giffords, Kelly now leads McSally by 13 points. A month earlier, the same poll showed Kelly ahead by 9 points.
Summary: Biden is winning in Arizona by 7, and the democratic Senate nominee is winning by 13.

In Georgia, Biden leads Trump by a single percentage point, 48 percent to 47 percent, according to a poll conducted by Civiqs/Daily Kos that was released Tuesday and has a margin of error of 3.1 percent.

An internal poll conducted last week by a group backing Georgia’s Republican Gov. Brian Kemp found Biden ahead of Trump by a margin of 47 percent to 46 percent. The poll had a margin of error of 4 percentage points.

Both polls showed Democrat Jon Ossoff running strong against incumbent GOP Sen. David Perdue. While Ossoff has yet to secure his party’s nomination, he leads Perdue by 2 percentage points in the Civiqs/Daily Kos poll and trails by 2 points in the internal Republican poll.
Summary: Biden and Trump are about tied in Georgia, and one of the Senate seats from Georgia is also a tie. Atlanta may yet turn this state blue.

BUT THERE IS GOOD NEWS FOR TRUMP - err President Tweeter:

Not all the polls in recent weeks show Biden and Democrats cruising to victory. While the presumptive Democratic nominee also leads Trump in Florida by 4.6 points among likely voters, according to a poll released Tuesday by Point Blank Political, an Emerson College poll released last week showed the president leading Biden in Texas by a margin of 52 percent to 48 percent in a head-to-head matchup.
Despite the fact that Biden is up by 4.6 points in Florida, SEE GOOD NEWS FOR President Tweeter, HE HAS A 4 POINT LEAD IN TEXAS.

I laughed at the attempt of the author trying to spin this as ok for Tweeter.

The single most interesting excerpt from the article:

“It’s an extraordinary turn of events,” Neil Newhouse, a GOP pollster, told Vox. “This is not the political environment we expected at the beginning of the year.”
So its a good start for the Presidential election. So was 2016 at this time. But it is one heck of a lot better than if these were good polls for President Tweeter. And the Senate polls are very promising as well. It will also be harder for the head of the FBI to intervene in the last week in support of Trump as Comey did twice last election.

We need this election to be a landslide against Trump.

That is a good start for the election. And this won't be 2016. I think we all know there were a number of mistakes made during that run, and the DNC is aware of them, and won't be repeating them in 2020.

I do love what you pointed out the author spinning the TX numbers - as if a 4 point lead in fucking Texas is a good thing. Maybe @TexasLies can shed some light on this....

In the category of keep piling on President Tweety:

    https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/expe...231028185.html

Title: Experts says Trump is not ‘morbidly obese’ — but that obesity overall should not be ignored

Basically it is a video where experts ... defend? Trump by saying that he is obese, but not morbidly obese. It goes into the details of the definitions of obese and morbid obesity, and that the term is no longer used.

The comments section has people saying that oh yeah, with the numbers Trump REPORTS he is obese. But he is lying and the real numbers would show that he is morbidly obese.

Chalk one up for Nancy Pelosi. She hit a home run on this one. We'll have to keep this up until November. But as his virus leadership kills off more and more Americans, there will be plenty of motivation to keep us going.

AND... Trump's press secretary basically admits that Trump lying so much has its consequences:

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/trumps-pr...043700599.html

Title: Trump's press secretary says with any other president, 'the media would take him at his word'

    Excerpt:

After President Trump said Monday he has been taking hydroxychloroquine in an attempt to ward of COVID-19, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany released a letter from White House physician Sean Conley attesting to his conversations with Trump about the risks and benefits of taking the anti-malaria drug. A reporter asked McEnany on Tuesday why the letter "seemed very carefully written" to avoid saying Conley actually prescribed hydroxychloroquine for Trump.

"The reason is the president of the United States said it," McEnany replied, "and if it were any other president of the United States, the media would take him at his word."
This is an unforced error for the Trump side. First of all she brings up that oh yeah Trump is using hydro-whatever, and second of all she brings full attention to the fact that Trump lies so much, and that lying so much has consequences.

The article then goes on to detail just how much Trump lies.

As of the last count by The Washington Post's fact-check department, on April 3, Trump had made 18,000 false or misleading claims as president, a first-term average of more than 15 false claims a day — but more frequent, 23 times a day, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Really, the Post notes in the video below, Trump frequently tells the same whopper over and over again. You can also dive into his untruths in the Post's database.
So basically Trump is lying even more than before. And people believing him have died following his advice.

I dunno, that's a lot of hair stroking and shoulder massaging going on. Nothing weird at all...all those pretty girls he must touch...

It's not really my thing to worry it. My concern is the grotesque hypocrisy of it all. That's the part that is shameful.
