Someone better do a wellness check on the brocialists. Who were very upset about John Kasich last week yesterday.
These were the same guys pushing "Nina Turner for VP" or "Nina Turner 2024".
Nina is now besties with John Kasich .... /evergreen!
Tried warning brocialists that she was running a grift and that they had misplaced their political loyalties. Anyways, I love dying on this hill .... dying from laughter.

So... if Trump doesn't run in 2024 for whatever reason, how many votes do you think the GoP candidate will lose to people casting a vote for Trump as a write-in?
Personally, I'd find it hilarious if the GoP lost even a few percent of their vote share over each of the next few elections due to their enabling of the Cult of Trump ethos.
6 years on, myself.

EIGHTEEN AND A HALF MILLION!!?!?! doubt
With 2 weeks to go I just don't understand Trump's closing argument. Watching Fox News I see a commercial about Hunter's email trying to pin Biden as a liar, but that doesn't make sense. They provide an alleged email but shouldn't it be easy to line up dates with meetings or payments to the Bidens? Like, if the shoe was on the other foot, which it was, the right claimed Jr. etc talked about quid pro quo's but nothing ever came of it because Trump himself never exchanged money for favors. So the right's whole argument is hypocrisy and fee fees? (I KNOW I KNOW that's the right's main and ONLY strategy.)
Anyways, crazy that if those polls are true and the blue wave is true the democrats have done a damn good job making sure their voters NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. I know so many Democratic voters and none feel like we are winning. I do think the massive amounts of early voting could cause Trump voters to stay home on election day rather than voting and lead to a potential tsunami which would be hilarious, but I go into November expecting Trump and Republicans to somehow ratfuck out a win somehow.
So when do we start making our picks on what we think the final EC vote will be?
I'll go ahead and say 353-185:

Trump supporter arrested for forging his dead mothers signature to request a ballot for her.
First signs of Ransomware Attacks on voting infrastructure show in Georgia. Signs point to this being the first of several test runs before a larger push.

It's effin crazy how voter intimidation is happening in 2020. Yes we have suppression, but the outright intimidation likely not seen since Jim Crow to Civil Rights.
This authoritarian piece of shit we have in office is barking out the orders loud and clear. Never believed it would come to this.
Democrats are the best! I will never ever question a Democrat again. I LOVE the Democrats!
At this point Hunter Biden isn't going to change anything. The "always Trump" camp are decided. The "always Biden" camp are decided.
The undecided voters are not going to vote on issues like that. They care about the pandemic / jobs / healthcare etc. The attempted scandal won't even register on their radars. I don't understand this strategy, I just can't see it moving the needle at all.

Kid is arrested with $509K in CASH, an AR-15, some explosive material, and a "checklist" to execute Joe Biden. Also seemingly anti-Islam literature and drawings of swastikas....but also some musings about "saving Bernie"?
Man, this one's a mess.
So it seems like Trump World thinks Trump is going to lose the debate tonight because they are busy criticizing the moderator and the CPD as being biased against Trump.

Reminder that the Republican, "JUST STAY OPEN!" plan has been tried. It doesn't help the economy. As far as the law is concerned, there is no reason that Amedeo Rossi can’t reopen his martini bar in downtown Des Moines, or resume shows at his concert venue two doors down. Yet Mr. Rossi’s businesses remain dark, and one has closed for good.
There are no restrictions keeping Denver Foote from carrying on with her work at the salon where she styles hair. But Ms. Foote is picking up only two shifts a week, and is often sent home early because there are so few customers.
No lockdown stood in the way of the city’s Oktoberfest, but the celebration was canceled. “We could have done it, absolutely,” said Mindy Toyne, whose company has produced the event for 17 years. “We just couldn’t fathom a way that we could produce a festival that was safe.”
President Trump and many supporters blame restrictions on business activity, often imposed by Democratic governors and mayors, for prolonging the economic crisis initially caused by the virus. But the experience of states like Iowa shows the economy is far from back to normal even in Republican-led states that have imposed few business restrictions.
A growing body of research has concluded that the steep drop in economic activity last spring was primarily a result of individual decisions by consumers and businesses rather than legal mandates. People stopped going to restaurants even before governors ordered them shut down. Airports emptied out even though there were never significant restrictions on domestic air travel.
States like Iowa that reopened quickly did have an initial pop in employment and sales. But more cautious states have at least partly closed that gap, and have seen faster economic rebounds in recent months by many measures.
