I think the deal is the dems had a big advantage in early vote if the gop's lead in day of is that low and closing then its probably not going to end well for the GOP. In a lot of areas the GOP needs to blow out the day of vote to make up ground for votes already cast by dems in early voting.

Nearly 127,000 Harris County drive-thru votes appear safe after federal judge rejects GOP-led Texas lawsuit

A federal judge Monday rejected a request by a conservative activist and three Republican candidates to toss out nearly 127,000 votes cast at drive-thru polling sites in Texas’ most populous county, which is largely Democratic.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, a George W. Bush appointee, follows two earlier decisions by the all-Republican Texas Supreme Court rejecting similar efforts by Republicans challenging the validity of drive-thru voting in Harris County.

Hanen's ruling appears to clear the way for counting the early voting drive-thru ballots on Election Day.

In his ruling from the bench, Hanen said he rejected the case on narrow grounds because the plaintiffs did not show they would be harmed if the drive-thru ballots are counted.

The Republican plaintiffs appealed the decision late Monday to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, asking the appellate court to disallow drive-thru voting on Election Day in Harris County just hours before it is set to begin. But they did not immediately raise the issue of tossing the already-cast votes.

Within hours, a three-judge appellate panel denied the appeal, handing Harris County a victory.

They are petrified of the optics of TX moving more and more left over the last 4 years. It's pretty amazing to watch as I didn't expect this for another 15 or 20 years honestly.

It wasn't that long ago that Texas was blue and California was red. Unfortunately for the GOP, Cali will remain blue as Texas turns Blue this year or in the next few election cycles as more and more people move there. Hint, they ain't all these conservatives from California that those dunces down there think. Not to mention the majority of people just don't line themselves with right wing ideals.

According to NBC News, the Trump campaign is seeing Trump supporters get in line to vote in Pennsylvania, then get tired of waiting, give up and go home.

This makes it all the more important that Joe Biden supporters remain in line today and vote, no matter how long it takes...

Pretty quiet in San Diego. No long lines. In San Diego County, 1.3M already did the early voting thing. The County Registrar expect around 1.5M votes total which is around 79% turnout (total registered voters in San Diego is 1.9M). So the County only have to deal with around 200k voters or so.

A fellow San Diegan, high five - I was in that 1.3 million and I'm not sure I know a single person who hasn't already voted. Looking forward to this day being over - feeling cautiously optimistic.
