Because it was given to destruction to create a better spec identity since they are still Warlocks.

There's a fairly large difference between the Destruction and Demonolog fantasy. One uses strategy, cunning and numbers to overrun their foes. The other pulls from the most powerful, dangerous and addictive use of magic. Infernal were always a very volatile "Destructive" demon.
