Mythic Ny’alotha help

I recently changed guilds and now I am being asked to offtank mythic Ny’alotha progression. I need to work on gear before I’m truly ready. So, looking for M+ dungeons to farm as my luck in heroic Ny’alotha wasn’t great for drops this week. Any help or suggestions are welcomed. Armory below. Thank you.

On a side note, a friend raids mythic and I got to watch him play .. He plays Retr .. His guild uses x2 Blood DK as tanks and he just DPS's .. Retr is able to put up solid numbers and in top 3 or 5 damage just about every fight.
