I try not to care too much about these things but it's pretty clear based on what's provided that Method have a lot of blurred lines between whether they see themselves as a brand or a bunch of friends/guildies. Coming up with excuses like "I was drunk so you shouldn't have taken that seriously" or "said person wanted me to hug them all the time" make utter piss poor defenses in sexual harassment cases at work. If you're in a senior position, you watch your ass and make damn well sure you're actions aren't misconstrued, and if you do dumb stuff apologise immediately and keep a damn record of it.
I don't really care enough to say whether Sascha should face consequences, but Method should very seriously introspect and have a far more intelligent method of dealing with sexual harassment accusations.
Not relevant in defining sexual harassment. Widely regarded that sexual harassment doesn't have to be confined to work or work venues and the sole purpose of AirBnB here was business related (whether Method paid for it is again irrelevant).
