They have also much much much much more to lose in case of losing in court. It's just a matter how you chose your words and how jury will interpret this.

In cases like slander, it's absolutely dependent on who can afford the better lawyer. Slander is illegal so Blizzard would have a case against him, especially since he's a content creator.

ONly if they can prove they were harmed financially or irrepreably. Blizzard basically has no case.

I find it actually funny that people actually seem to belive Blizzard needs someones permission to remove stuff from their game, if they wanted they could remove all added npcs today and it would be in their rights to do it.

Now im sure there is more behind it then we know and we will probably never get to know the reason.
