Which M+ you're trying to avoid, and which ones do you prefer?

Freehold, underrot and the Mechagon dungeons are all great.

Avoid shrine of the storm at all cost. If I'm doing a full pug group at a quick +15 key or 10-15 on a lower alt, i avoid Atal'Dazar. The group before the right boss is just awful (as a healer)

I like Workshop, Atal, Freehold, Motherload. Because I really know whats going on, and Waycrest too. Junkyard is stressful but easy. Don’t like the trash in Kings Rest. Only one that is bad is Siege. It’s probably my worst M+ experience when I think about it. Darkheart Thicket beeing the best. That my 5c.
