Varies a lot, but typically it's shaved ice with syrups, sweet red bean and corn, jellies, and what have you.

Watermelon is good when it's hot, can find those huge ones pretty cheap.

Being diabetic, I'm not a huge dessert person these days. My favorite cool dessert in general, when I do have something sweet, is these yogurt bowls they sell at my Walmart- vanilla yogurt, granola and blueberries/strawberries. Either that or cold fruit/applesauce in general. But I usually don't look for food when it's hot, since the heat ruins my appetite. My favorite cool-down treat is an ice-cold drink, which is basically year-round since my workplace is hotter than a lava farmer's asscrack 99% of the time.

Ice cream, of course. Usually I eat plain vanilla.
I also like Bomb Pop popsicles.
But I eat those all year, not just summer.
I'm not sure if I know anything else that's meant to be eaten cold.
