Well, Velves and Zandalari got a few new options, so maybe?

Void Elves just got Blood Elf skintones to stop the biggest shitstorm of the decade that would have been caused by giving Blood Elves the blue eyes while keeping High Elves away from alliance still.

Zandalari didn't get any truly new options either. Their jewelry options just got bit separated from eachother and can be arranged in new combinations, but nothing there is truly new.
