Someone important was missing in the cinematic. [Spoilers]

When we kill Arthas in ICC, the ghost of Terenas Menethil is standing over his body and visible to us, yet in the cinematic it seems like Uther and the other Kyrian are blind to his and our presence.

Strange that the reapers of WoW can't see a ghost!

We don't see Tirion or Bolvar interact with Terenas.
Probably was just some of the stuff in his sword talking to him

He looks at Fordring and says "There must always be a lich king".
You literally see Fordring look straight at him, and then puts his hand in his face when he vanishes with a light.

Then he says "this burden... it must be mine" or something like that.

Sure, he doesn't interact specifically with him but it's obvious he can see him and heard him.

Or they can only see the deceased they are going to take, because he already crossed a bit into the shadowlands by dying. We did not see them either. And in the video we only see arthas no? No Bolvar no Tirion.

I suspect that it's just Blizzard being lazy to draw them in due to time. Since the point was made about them "reaping" his soul and all.

Uther and Devos only get to Arthas a bit after he dies, not directly after. The Arthas vignette is from a perspective that would not show Terenas.

Nah, they camped him. He was still speaking when Devos Grabbed his Soul. But the Animation is supposed to show the Importan Parts, and its never shown much else from that Scene. Its not a stretch to assume the other Characters are off screen.

It wasn't laziness. It was just a focused scene. It wasn't about Terenas, or anyone else who was present at the moment of Arthas's death. It was about Arthas, Uther and Devos. Having anyone else in the scene in that moment, despite those people being present and close to Arthas, would've been completely meaningless to the scene, potentially making it crowded, and less effectively presented.

So no, someone important wasn't missing in the cinematic, because Terenas Menethil was not important to the story the cinematic was telling.
