Character creation model comparisons in SL beta so far

So I was comparing the different models with each other etc.. and most of them are straight forward

Identical models - very minor deviations
    Dwarf - Dark irons
    Void Elf - blood elf
    Night elf - nightborne
    Lightforged - draenei
    Highmountin - Tauren
    Gnome - Mechagnome
    Huojin Panda - Tushui Pandaren

You will see what I mean if you click on one followed by their corresponding. They are the same models essentially

    Unique models:
    Human
    Kul'tiran
    Zandalari
    Vulpera
    forsaken
    Worgen

These seem to have no other models like them.. which means

    1. The Kul'tiran model was actually a new race model
    2. The Zandalari model is easy new or heavily modified - it runs like a nightborne, but feels like a troll.
    3. Forsaken model seems to match the human thin model, but that's not playable.
    4. Vulpera feels like goblin many times but not always, it also feels quite unique.

Human and worgen seem to be unique.

I mean, welcome to the game?

You don't seem to know the difference between a model and a skeleton.
The Zandalari and Vulpera skeletons are not unique.

But then again, what is the point of this thread?

Did you notice that each hunter race has different pet animals?

    Human - wolf
Void elf - starseker (but when you log in, it's a warp stalker ..again)
    Dwarf - bear
    Lightforged - skyfin
Night elf - night stalker panther (new model)
Dark Iron - black rock hyena
    Gnome - robo spider
    Kul'tiran - parrot
    Draenei - talbuk
    Mechagnome - robo dog
    Worgen - bulldog

    Panda - Tundra mammoth

    Orc - boar
    Nightborne - Ley panther
    Forsaken - spider
    Highmountain - Eagle
    Tauren - Ostrich
    Mag'har - Wolf
    Darkspear Troll - Raptor
    Zandalari - dinosaur
    Blood elf - mana wyrm
    Vulpera - snake
    Goblin - crab

I noticed all the pets use new models - so many of the original races have changed their pets too. Most noticeable are the elves. Starting pet models look good

I think it's also good that humans, dwarves, gnomes, blood/high elves, kul'tirans and forsaken all have brown/black skin options - it make sense if one has it all of them should cos they aret he human based races.

What's the Zandalari based on then?

Okay, so you are clearly trolling. Gotcha.

It is indeed Night Elves, but modified to the point where I would consider them different now, it was more of a starting point than anything.
