WoD being so long ago I only vaguely remember other people needing to be in their garrison in order to see their garrison visitor, was this the case? I'm trying to get the herb trader on a character and trade and LFG have offered no luck so against my better judgement I joined a random auto-accept group and checked out someone else's level 3 garrison (that the first group I tried offered one was some degree of luck) and there was no visitor present, hence my asking. at least I'm fairly positive their garrison was level 3.
