Not to defend communism, but China is about as communist as North Korea is democratic.
Just because it is in the name it doesn't mean it's real.
China is a nationalist oligarchical autocracy with a mixed market economy.
The US is just one Republican election victory away from being pretty much the same damn thing. We just haven't gone full autocracy yet.
So yeah, pot calling kettle black.
The intent is the most difficult element to determine. To constitute genocide, there must be a proven intent on the part of perpetrators to physically destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. Cultural destruction does not suffice, nor does an intention to simply disperse a group. It is this special intent, or dolus specialis, that makes the crime of genocide so unique. In addition, case law has associated intent with the existence of a State or organizational plan or policy, even if the definition of genocide in international law does not include that element.
Maybe i'm reading this wrong - not my native language - but this seems quite clear: https://www.un.org/en/genocideprevention/genocide.shtml
If the whole clinic is involved it is probably more than just one person, but please feel free to point out where this is required. And i'm specifically talking about the definition of genocide, not the crime, not the possibility of people getting convicted on grounds of genocide, or anything else.
Talking about the LITERAL definition of the word. So go ahead.

I don’t think having people complain about the meaning of genocide, instead of the horrifying actions detailed in the OP, is counter productive at all... seems apt in showing the rational that keeps history repeating.

You are fine... no need to second guess your English. If you haven’t said anything... and since I didn’t look at your location until now... I wouldn’t have known.
This isn’t an issue of English barrier and semantic argument rarely depend on it. In fact, someone with poor English, wouldn’t be able to make a semantic argument.
Folly and fakery have always been with us... but it has never before been as dangerous as it is now, never in history have we been able to afford it less. - Isaac Asimov
Every damn thing you do in this life, you pay for. - Edith Piaf
The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. - Orwell
No amount of belief makes something a fact. - James Randi
This is rather important, it’s not just one rouge mad doctor that’s doing this all alone like bloody Frankenstein it’s the support staff, the people who have to transport the patients, the people keeping the records, the people okaying the doctor and his staff to do this, and likely more that aren’t on the top of my mind.
Things like this don’t just happen on there Own.
I said it before and I'll say it again; I'm waiting for someone to invade the US and put a stop to these concentration camps. This gross inhumanity can't keep going on. Every year, the US becomes more and more like Nazi Germany.
I like how you leave out the important part, she had a cyst and was supposed to have an ovary removed. It was medically necessary. Unfortunately the doctor removed the wrong one so that is medical malpractice and he should be investigated for that. Calling it genocide because a doctor made a mistake is a bit of a stretch.
There are other unverified claims, but we'll treat them with the same amount of skepticism.According to the whistleblower in Project South’s complaint, Amin recently took out the wrong ovary on a detained woman.
“She was supposed to get her left ovary removed because it had a cyst on the left ovary; he took out the right one. She was upset. She had to go back to take out the left and she wound up with a total hysterectomy.
Yes. They were facist. Whatever they sold to the people to get into power doesn't define their ideology, it was just a sales pitch.
A "communist" facist is essentially no different than a "capitalist" facist, in the end. It is like actually arguing the difference between left Twix and right Twix.
"When Facism comes to America, it will be wrapped in a flag and carrying a cross." - Unknown
"The nazi were left! They had the word socialist in their name!"
When it comes to critical thinking of issues and diving into history and actions the right wing don't seem to give two fucks about any of that.
You should also be aware that Mao was considered a centrist at best and anyone who opposed him was labeled left wing and ultra left but keep go on and fucking that chicken. and left and ultra left in this case didn't even mean left wing as we know it But hey why am I even saying this, it's a waste of time on a person like you.
the claim of Stalin being left was because of the entire saying all people are equal but you know... WATCH WHAT THEY DO NOT WHAT THEY SAY
Something the right seems entirely incapable of comprehending. They just sit in a fucking corner singing "tell me lies tell me sweet little lies" all fucking day.

Like if Donald Trump says "all people are equal" are you ging to claim he's a left wing person now? What a joke.
