But my normal ones are so smolll. Maybe is the talents...mine is 6 or 7

I know there's some ICD in there when using Mona's ult for applying hydro, something about having to wait a bit for the pop si it applies the hydro again. May want to look into it. But I'm pretty sure the big burst comes from vaping the bubble pop, not from Hu Tao.

the trick is:

Bennet burst > Mona with thrilling tales Burst > before the "pop" of burst use elemental skill of Mona to apply the hydro > Hutao Burst

Don't think it really has much use to be honest as a weapon. On a dps, its not great and on the only healer who would utilize it, its function seems redundant as a healing item. Long time to build up her burst again and if your entire team is really low, her burst heals for a ton so its healing may be entirely mitigated.

My ningguang have godroll artifacts (flex) and is c6.
So she is my healer/off-DPS/burst....she is basically an entire army alone even with this shitty weapon.
19k health too so she can eat some hits if necessary in abyss.

Got ya. I just use my C6 Noelle and maybe Qiqi if I need actual healing. Don't ever use Ningguang in any teams so didn't think the healing from the amber would do a lot.

I think i got a crown on the event yesterday? not sure though
The event where we kill enemies and then go from place to place flying...and we receive 10 primos or something per enemy camp.
