Resto Shaman Sleeper Spec

Hey all seen a lot of FOTM youtubers mention they are going resto shaman. I did see they brought back a lot of our raid utility and primordial wave covers a huge gap in our kit. Is this is the result of Chain Heal build being nerfed?

More likely it's because Holy Pally Glimmer has been hammered and the Nathria raid allows stacking on most fights, so suddenly Resto's major weakness isn't relevant and one of the most powerful BfA healers isn't nearly as strong in AoE. No serious Resto buffs required, so any that it received are icing.
