The Stag Form ability has been renamed Mount Form and ground forms are mountable when using this ability. The ability is learned from Tome of the Wilds: Mount Form available in the Druid Order Hall, The Dreamgrove, and is automatically learned for players who have already learned Tome of the Wilds: Stag Form prior to the update.

its such an unnecessary change for them to make. now i have to keybind "mount form" instead of travel form since travel form no longer lets people mount. that's a lot of unnecessary work.

Definitely interesting consistency that I can now use my gladiator mounts on classes and characters I didn't get them on.

Challenge Mode appearances however? Still nope.

people commonly made lowbies on literally every server to sit at the BMAH waiting for specific items to appear, then transfering over gold. this makes that MUCH harder/not as worth.

Honestly do we want anyone with those achievement within 1000 feet of new players? Like if you want to have requirements that's fine, but maybe put them behind cooking achievements, or any number of Rep/Loremaster achievements. At least those don't come with the baggage of our "competitive" players.

All Gladiator mounts and titles, including those from previous seasons, can be used by all characters across the account the mount and titles were earned on.

They've since walked back on this, see Kaivax's post. They also stealth changed the patch note. It now reads:
