Prot - AS Multi Target HP Generation

Hey all, I'm sorry if this has been addressed somewhere but on a few of the shadowlands videos I've seen (not lucky enough to get beta myself I suppose) it shows AS generating HP for the first time it hits each target, e.g. if you pull a group of 3 mobs with it you're given 3 HP.

This seems to not be translating to live; did I miss something and this is tied to something only attainable in shadowlands or one of the many bugs Blizzard likely has on their radar?
