Newly formed competitive eSports organization afterMath eSports is excited to announce our venture into competitive raiding in World of Warcraft. With the release of Shadowlands on the horizon and most players taking a step back from the game to recharge, we thought this was the perfect opportunity to start building the support systems needed, and to recruit outstanding players in order to be a recognizable contender in the upcoming “race to world first” for Castle Nathria. We are recruiting for all classes and specs, as well as a special focus on an experienced raid leader, and officer core. Our raid leader and officers will have their transfers paid for if they’re not already on Tichondrius, and will eventually have their game time paid for after the probationary period.

Our raid times have 2 different sets. Set 1 is going to be our average raid schedule throughout the week after the race is finished and we have the content on farm. Set 2 will be for the first 2-3 weeks of a new release to ensure we have a solid schedule that will allow us to push early kills, but will also allow our players to have a good balance of real life as well. Our sets go as follows

SET 1 (Times are in PST)
Tuesday | 6pm - 10pm.
Wednesday | 6pm - 10pm
Thursday | Off
Friday | Off
Saturday | Off
Sunday | 6pm-10pm (Heroic/Mythic sales)
Monday | Off

SET 2
Tuesday | 530 - 1130pm.
Wednesday | 530pm - 1130pm
Thursday | 6pm - 10pm
Friday | 6pm-10pm
Saturday | Off
Sunday | 2pm - 8pm
Monday | Off

A few things to note. Our SET 1 schedule is meant to get the raid cleared in an efficient manor on the Tuesday/Wednesday and allows us time on Sunday to either finish up loose ends, or facilitate carries for gold to help fund the needs of our players to be competitive in future events. SET 2 is a heavy schedule, but only last for the first 2 weeks, 3 if agreed upon by the raid team. Since this is a very new experience for us as an organization, we will be able to adjust our SET 2 times to help our players achieve their desired results. The Tuesday and Wednesday being longer raids is to get a good start to the new raid tier, the shorter Thursday and Friday is to ensure our players don’t burn out, and gives us the chance to tie up loose ends before our longer Sunday raid. Saturday is currently a day off to reset and allow players to have a fresh mindset going into Sunday (raid times may be added to the Saturday if the team agrees to it). Monday being off will remain mandatory at the moment to ensure players aren’t burnt out going into the second week of progression.

The benefits of joining a guild that is linked to an organization like ours is the outside support we are able to offer that may not be found in a traditional guild setting. The ecosystem of the organization runs a level of support from a variety of departments. From sponsorships, to social media and public relations, to organizational management, and many more. The more afterMath eSports grows as a whole, the more we are able to support the those under the umbrella of the team. For WoW in particular it means we will have additional social media presence to promote our raiders streams and content creations. Resources allocated from sponsorship agreements will allow us the funding to pay for game time, transfers, boosts, etc. for our players in order to stay competitive. With enough resources allocated through the proper channels there is no reason why we won’t be able to live up to our standard of doing whatever it takes to succeed.

I hope after reading through our introduction it is apparent that we are a new organization and there will be growing pains, but we are thinking ahead and planning for the future to ensure our growth is smooth and consistent. Best of luck,
