Unfair War mode Horde/Alliance

I was not nice surprised when accidently see the difference on war mode between my horde toon and the ally, what kind of logical and fair excuse Blizzard/Activision will give to me?
I'm playing wow since 2005 and in all this years alliance was always boosted by the game and we have accepted that, to be alliance is not so easy to play so you need help.. yes yes i know some alliance they will love to gang me on the fields.. :P but this time is way too much.. see the pictures and judges by your self.

Horde got racials Overtuned for years and that's why most of the top guild were Horde and why the game now has almost all top guild horde.

I don't get it, are you complianing about it only allowed to be turned on in Orgrimmar? Because Alliance can also only enable it in Stormwind.

Or are you whining about the difference in XP reward? Whichever faction has less players gets a variable XP bonus based on how much they are outpopulated, that just happens to almost always be Alliance, i's there to incentivise the underpopulated faction to actually participate in warmode.


Also you're about 2 years too late, this was discussed to death back when it was implemented.

I was not replying on any previous post.. i just create one on pvp section.. why all alliance say that why QQ when he put a point on how Blizzard treat horde and alliance? its easy to turn a post into trolling as many of you love to do when you cant give a serious reply..

What are you complaining about? Be specific. Is it the XP reward? You've already been told why it exists...

Warmode was a mistake to start with. They should of never converted every pvp server into a normal server.

What exactly are you complaining about? Is it the 30% exp boost? Because that doesn't give the Alliance player any advantage in PVP over a Horde player. It's just an incentive to get more Alliance to turn PVP war mode on because at that moment there are more Horde with War Mode on. This is not even a new thing, it's been like this since BFA started, so what exactly is your complaint?

Warmode is trash, but it was always trash. So this isn't a new issue.

I would say that the real problem with War Mode is that is not meant for PvP. The perks of using it should be useful for PvP and not for PvE

Alliance gets 20% more world quest only bonus to XP, gold, war recourses (useless), ap (almost useless at this point).

Meanwhile horde dominates in numbers in world pvp, get more people so easier to find group for everything - raids, m+, arena, and so on.

Warmode is a good feature.

Before warmode, when you ganked people, they'd whisper you it was unfair to gank them as they were playing on pvp servers because of their friends or something.

I've been on alliance dominated servers and the War Mode buff is still in favor for the alliance. Makes no damn sense.

The OP is complaining that Alliance can turn WM on outside of SW. If so, then it's a bug. I remember it being in SW only.

OP is IN Stormwind, Lion's Rest, so the only difference is the bonus percentage Alliance gets over Horde. And as that have already been explained, both in this thread and multiple others in the past years, there's really no point to continue this one. The OP is just mad.

Nothing unfair about that given how trivial warmode is for horde.
The game has always tried to be about "more skill required == more/better rewards".

So yeah, go and do the more challenging stuff if you want the higher reward.

Sooo... what exactly is your complaint, OP?

Is this about the XP and reward bonus for the Alliance being greater than for the Horde? Those are there to make the PvP scene a little less Horde-dominated. The amount of Horde PvP players is massive, compared to the Alliance PvP players. If I were to guess, I'd say the proportion before Warmode was like 10:1 for H:A and I still feel like I'm being generous. And I still think the proportion today is not that much better.

The population imbalance is partly caused by the fact that the overwhelming population of good PvP'ers and raiders are Horde, mostly thanks to the times in which Horde racials were much better for PvP and raiding.

WarMode is a joke for the Horde. If you turn Warmode on and you're Horde, chances are you won't be bothered at all by the Alliance if you quest in Kul'Tiras. But if you're Alliance, there's actually a fair chance of being ganged on by Horde when you enter Zandalar.

There are no alliance dominated servers, it's all horde dominated, we are all part of the same world. You might end up in an alliance dominated shard though, it's rare but it happens.

You were randomly put in a spot that happened to have more alliance, nearly every other time its horde dominated. Stop being bad
