    Shadowlands and spec choices

    Hello fellas,

Wich class will be the easiest to swap specs between without losing too much DPS or HPS when swapping? I felt that the azerita crap made it near impossible to play more than one spec on your character without loosing too much. Gear is easy to replace but the long farming on traits etc. was a pain.

Will there be stuff like that on SL.? - im torn between wich class to play.. and im not just looking for the min/max experience..

I am not an expert or anything, but from what I have read and heard, this will be one of the most alt friendly expansions in a long while, so it stands to reason that swapping between specs should also be easier. A caveat to this, I could be absolutely wrong lol.

Nope, this is indeed not the case. Playing alts in Shadowlands is easier than in BfA, playing different specs is not though. Multispeccers will have a hard time in Shadowlands (especially hybrid classes) because Conduits are class and not spec-specific. On top of that is the Covenant choice a major burden for people that play more than one spec, because in only a few cases a specific Covenant ability is good for all available specs.

"Help Me Choose" type threads don't tend to produce much in the way of constructive discussion or debate. Please check online resources and/or the class-specific subforums if you have further questions. Closing this.

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
