Wrathion for smooth boys. Lor'themar and Varian for actual men. Baine and his dad ain't bad if you're into furry men. The CGI orcs like Garrosh and a few in the movie are good too... Lots of sexy men.
Women?... New Tyrande, Azshara (Naga or not), and Jaina for crazy but hot. Maybe throw Yrel in there technically. Countless tough girls that all share the similar types (Trolls, Orcs, etc.) Really hard to say off the top of my head.

Anyway, it's hard to say. Not many characters have unique models, and the ones that do are too...conventional for my tastes. You see one dragon in the form of an elf, you've seen them all. Maybe Talanji or the Winter Queen.
