I'm trying to figure out if the in-game locations of the red dragon and talent tree screenshots are zones that already exist in the game. Because if these were real promotional images they'd be taken in new zones.

Dragon models look like something out of HoMM 5. In short - looks like trash and hot garbage.

It would make sense if those dragon humanoids used the existing Dreadlord rigging - but they don't.

The female dreadlord you see there has literally the exact same pose as the dragon race above in character select...

It is not unthinkable that the background hasn't been made yet. Also: All races use either SW or Org as their background now.

The worst part is that Scaleface keeps on insisting but it also goes in line with what he said.

Either he and his buddies have a big fake group going on, but knowing Blizzard, the dragon model looks very Blizzard-ish.

Lets say this is real; How can anyone at any development company with a right mind think you want to play something like THAT when looking at Dragonborn from DND or generally four legged Dragons?

Again, this is the creation screen.
The background is the same for all races there.

Well clearly not, given the picture shows the dragon form not wearing anything.

It very much seems like a reskin of the DH metamorphosis, just on the character select screen for some reason.

These screenshots are fake. The dragon race is an obvious reskin of the Metamorphosis form used by Female DHs as @Nightshade711 pointed out.

This part is pure conjecture but I think Scaleface and Axaron (and possibly Deventh) are all working together to push this whole Drac'thyr thing as being real. Maybe they're the masterminds behind this whole operation...

It's a good fake and I commend you for making it! But it's not perfect as there are some details that give it away as being fake if you look carefully.

Not really, Worgen character creation is on Stormwind now.
