Threads of Fate unlocked for both factions?

Currently I have 2 Horde at level 60, now I am wondering if I can start the Threads of Fate on my Alliance toons right away. Since I have no level 50 alliance to test this I am asking if someone can tell me this beforehand. I don't feel like doing the story again on alliance so I would wait longer before leveling my alliance dudes. (hoping they would change that)

Yes you can level Threads of Fate on Alliance after leveling 60 on Horde.

Wouldn't really make sense to restrict it by faction since they don't affect the campaign in any way.
