It'll be around 4.3% overall buff. Less than what fury, havoc, and assassination got. At least they buffed the right thing, CB, instead of giving a generic aura buff.

I like that it's a buff you'll notice immediately, not just a tiny increase to all spells. Log in Tuesday and blast much bigger chaos bolts.
