Should TBC have LFR?

I actually voted for 'No' thinking the question of the thread title was the same as the poll. That'll teach me :P

Otherwise while I expect there will be changes to TBC, thats a given at this point seeing how Classic Vanilla went, the only intended tool for finding groups was the Looking For Group Channel. In WotLK they added the class role thing and then towards the end the LFD system, also LFR wasnt added until Cata.

My whole opinion of LFR/D is very mixed, the concept of finding a group with it is great, that core concept I love. But what I wish they would take out is the whole teleport thing after you find a group, just make people make their own way there. I think its a fair compromise. Keep the tool just change it where people have to make their own way to the dungeon. If they added the LFG/R tool to TBC to allow finding of groups but took out the teleport that'd be fine with me

I'm not hating any thing, I'm trying to get you to realise your underlying issues so that you seek help for your issues before they get worse.

While I think LFR was a great thing, it doesn't belong in Classic or TBC Classic imo. Folks there like their exclusive raids and server dominating cliques. It's primarily the reason I don't play on those servers.

I said I hate TBC. I never said othere arent welcome to enjoy it. I know people like it and that is fine. I just do not, to me every part of it is bad. It is personal preference.

I was just kidding ofc lol,wile i do think it was overall the best expansion for what it added and contributed to the game as a single expansion,i in no way could play it full time as the qol changes over the years alone outshadow it and all the other aditions over the years just by acumulation

I'm an original wow-er (account created 11/23/2004) and I've played through BC. Did the early version of heroics, beat Illidan during progression, up to Muru in Sunwell, all that jazz. Personally, I would love to see BC again and I can't wait for it. If there was an LFR option available, I'd be all for it. Or, at least open some form of group finder. I think I'd really enjoy it.

With TBC on the horizon many players are now asking themselves if Classic TBC will follow the same philosophy as Classic.

Among those are players like me that realize that LFR is the most sought out piece of content in WoW ever. Since it was introduced and to this day.

The question remains. Why is that?

The answer is simple. Players for the most part do not want to partake in forced grouping which leads to undesirable socializing. We shouldn't be forced to do it.

No, the reason is that it's the path of least resistance, and statistically people will follow the path of least resistance, even if it ruins the game (just like the dumb WB meta is mindlessly followed even by people who repeatedly say that they hate it).

People like you just want easy loot at the cost of ruining the game. If you don't want socializing, don't come to play a MMO, and even more the Classic version of a game, which entire point was to dial back from today's version which precisely followed suggestions such as yours.

Your kind already have retail, why do you need to come spoil the version that explicitely doesn't want to be what retail is ?
