Higher Ilvl content like heroic/mythic raids and Rated PvP content offer conduits from 200 - 226

Once you have one 213 of any kind, you can upgrade all your 200s, doesnt matter which type of conduits it is. You just need 1900 Stygia and Cordial rank with Ve'nari
